Join SBS Americas as a Jr. Sustainability Operations Analyst and help strengthen the processes that support our sustainability commitments across South Latam.  In this role, you will work with sustainability data, documentation and traceability processes, helping ensure that information related to suppliers, farms and commercial operations is accurate, reliable and audit-ready. You will collaborate with Sustainability, Commercial, Origination, Logistics, Operations, Execution and other SBS teams, gaining exposure to different areas of the business.  This is an opportunity to develop your analytical and operational skills while contributing to the standardization, digitalization and continuous improvement of sustainability processes.    Key responsibilities  Collect, validate and maintain supplier, farm and sustainability information across internal and external systems, ensuring data accuracy and traceability. Review documentation, reconcile operational records and perform traceability, volume and chain-of-custody controls, identifying and documenting inconsistencies. Maintain sustainability attributes in contracts, operational records and relevant platforms, including MiLDC and SAN. Prepare sustainability declarations, reports, KPIs and audit support documentation for customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain information, resolve exceptions and support process improvement, standardization and automation initiatives.
