<p>As a Bilingual Contact Center Agent, you will provide exceptional customer support to English and Spanish-speaking customers through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will deliver accurate solutions, build positive customer relationships, and ensure every interaction reflects Oportun's commitment to outstanding service.</p>

<p>Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.<br>Assist customers by answering questions and resolving account-related inquiries.<br>Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions while following company policies and procedures.<br>Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.<br>Meet quality, compliance, and productivity goals.<br>Represent Oportun's values in every customer interaction.</p>
<p><br><strong>WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p>
<p>Must be at least 18 years old.<br>Fluent in English and Spanish<br>Previous experience in Call Center, Sales, or Collections is preferred.<br>Intermediate computer skills.<br>Comfortable navigating multiple systems and web-based applications.<br>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.<br>Minimum education: Middle School<br>Must currently reside in León, Guanajuato<br>Available to work full-time, including rotating shifts and weekends.<br>Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.</p>
