Plata is growing fast, the team has plenty of ambitious projects running, and what you do here turns into changes customers can see. The work comes in different shapes, from quick calculations to long research, so you'll find something that suits you.</p>

<li>Track how delivery is really doing - speed and cost, by region and by delivery method</li>
<li>Run A/B tests and read the results - we run a lot of them, and that's how decisions get made here</li>
<li>Work on algorithmic problems - they're what the delivery logic runs on</li>
<li>Find where things could move faster or cost less, and explain why</li>
<li>Turn data into reports and dashboards the team uses every day</li>
<li>Talk to other teams a lot - within a few months you'll know the business in detail</li>

<li>You're confident with SQL and knowledge of Python is a plus</li>
