Product Analyst Middle+ / Senior / Lead

<p>We are looking for<strong> Product Analysts</strong> in various teams<strong> Telesales, Collection, Antifraud, Customer Care, SME</strong>, etc.</p>

<p>The analyst’s main task is to develop new technological products and enhance existing ones. Your team will include graduates from top universities (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, NES, MEPhI).</p>

<p><strong>What makes you a great fit:</strong></p>

<li class="p1">A mathematical or technical degree from a top university such as MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NSE</li>

<li class="p1">Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory</li>

<li class="p1">Analytical mindset and systematic thinking</li>

<li class="p1">Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions</li>

<li class="p1">Experience in hypothesis testing and validation</li>

<li class="p1">Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a plus</li>

<li class="p1">Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Superset</li>

<li class="p1">Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical tasks</li>

<li class="p1">Experience in building analytical infrastructure and team processes</li>

<li class="p1">Excellent communication skills</li>

<li class="p1">English proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective collaboration with an international team</li>
