<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>

<p>Platform Science is looking for a skilled Specialist DevOps Engineer to join the Platform team, which is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the company's Global Platform to keep it stable, secure, and compliant.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>

<li> Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.</li>

<li> Advanced English.</li>

<li> Live in Brazil.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li> Work on an Agile team to build the Internal Developer Platform that best supports our developers.</li>

<li> Support requests to the Platform team, helping developers throughout their development lifecycle and with their production workloads.</li>

<li> Collaborate with other teams to deliver cross-functional solutions.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>

<ul>

<li> Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) and its ecosystem, such as cert-manager, external-dns, API gateways, HPA, and Karpenter or Cluster Autoscaler.</li>

<li> Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and its common resources for web applications and IoT.</li>

<li> Experience designing CI/CD pipelines, especially with Argo CD and GitHub Actions.</li>

<li> Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform.</li>

<li> Proficiency in at least one programming language for scripting.</li>

<li> Solid understanding of Linux distributions.</li>

<li> Experience with agentic workflows using Claude, Codex, Antigravity, or similar tools.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Will be considered a plus</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience with a second major cloud provider.</li>

<li>Experience with AWS Control Tower, Account Factory for Terraform (AFT), and Service Control Policies (SCPs).</li>

<li>Experience with Keycloak.</li>

<li>Experience with the LGTM stack or Datadog.</li>

<li> Experience deploying and scaling LLM infrastructure such as vLLM or LiteLLM.</li>
