We're looking for a Growth & Creative Strategist to build and scale iconic brand identities and high-performance creative strategies for our entire portfolio, leveraging acquisition frameworks, AI and automation data to drive measurable growth. Brand Architecture & Strategy Develop and own the end-to-end brand strategy for new ventures and portfolio companies, from foundational brand identity packs (logos, typography, voice) to full-funnel campaign concepts. Translate complex business objectives into clear, adaptable brand and creative strategies—masterfully switching between high-end brand narratives and direct-response, conversion-focused creative/funnels. Conduct rapid market and audience research to ensure creative resonance across diverse European and international markets, informing everything from messaging to visual direction. Master the entire customer journey by designing and orchestrating creative strategies across the full funnel. This includes captivating top-funnel content for the first contact point, mid-funnel assets to drive consideration and conversion, and targeted post-purchase campaigns (retention/LTV) Creative Development & Execution Lead the hands-on creation of high-impact advertising assets, including static visuals, motion graphics, and UGC-style video ads, designed for rigorous performance testing. Write compelling, sharp, and adaptable copy for a range of assets, from brand taglines and website content to ad headlines and scripts that convert. Lead for our content creation AI toolset, collaborating directly with our tech and AI engineers to prototype, optimize, test, and scale new methods for creative production and optimization. Manage and collaborate with a network of image/creative designers and video editors—providing clear creative direction, actionable feedback, and performance-focused guardrails to ensure every visual asset is on-brand, on-time, and optimized for testing. Proven track record: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to build brands from scratch (brand identity, guidelines) and execute performance-driven creative campaigns (static ads, video ads). You must be able to speak to both strategy and results. AI-powered creativity: Demonstrable proficiency and hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion for visuals; ChatGPT for copy; Runway, Pika for video) to accelerate the creative workflow. Prompt Engineering Fundamentals: A foundational understanding of prompt engineering principles for both text and image generation. You know how to structure a prompt to control variables like style, composition, and tone. We provide resources to deepen this expertise, but you must bring the curiosity and the basics. Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Experience operating in a performance-oriented environment where creativity is directly tied to business metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CVR). You think in terms of funnels, tests, and optimization. Expert-Level Copywriting: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft a distinct brand voice and write direct-response copy that drives action. Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. You must also be professionally fluent in at least one of the following: French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Portuguese.
